When I do passive mobilisation to shoulder replacements the patients complaint a lot...they dont come back...I only did it to two patients...I am a 'virgin' to it.

How do you do the passive mobilisation ?
Do you mobilize until hitting the stiff limit ?
Do you only mobilize before achiving the last 20 degrees where it starts getting stiff ?

What's the mobilisation speed ?

Where I put my hands to achive passive flexion ?

The patients only complaint some hours after...they dont feel the pain in the moment.
