If so, kindly let me know from where can the following deficiencies be fulfilled?

2. Systems Review
3. Findings that warrant referral
4. Supervision of support staff

The ICRC Regional Delegation in New Delhi is looking for candidates for an

Assistant to Physical Rehabilitation Programme Manager, 100%

Your responsibilities and main tasks
• Co-ordinates with the PRPM the development and implementation of the physical rehabilitation activities (physio);
• Maintains a high level of cooperation and coordination with the relevant counterparts and stakeholders;
• Represents the ICRC in meetings, related to PRP, with the local authorities, international organisations, NGO's;
• Compiles monthly statistics reports (MSR);
• Submits to PRPM, MoM of important meetings with stakeholders;
• Supervises the stock consumption including turnover and stock level;
• Assists PRPM to prepare the annual order;
• Prepares the annual operational budget in accordance with the planning for result in collaboration with the PRPM;
• Liaises with the administration finance department;
• Carries out any other duties and tasks that may be assigned in relation to India physical rehabilitation program;
• Develops, provides, or organize training courses for rehabilitation professional (P&O and PT) according to needs.

Required Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor or Master degree in Physiotherapy with minimum of 6 years of experience in management, teaching/training and planning skills;
• Strong management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and coordinate with a variety of contacts
• Ready to travel within India
• Excellent command of English and Hindi (Oral and written both) with computer skills; ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
