Hello all,
I just got Canada visa and now I am writing whole process. I hope it would be helpful to someone.

You all might be aware of SPP program. It is Student Partner Program. It is a collaboration of Indian Govt. with Canadian Govt. There are around 43 colleges under SPP. After getting admission in one of these colleges, process becomes very easy.
STEP 1: Get Admitted in college under SPP.
STEP 2: Prepare an Education Loan Sanction Letter from any centralized bank (you can find all bank names in [link]
STEP 3: Pay tuition fees of 1st semester before deadline given in Admission (offer) letter.
STEP 4: Apply for Medical Examination. You can find names of Hospitals in [link].
STEP 5: Fill up application forms and all other forms[Family Information Form, Student Questionnaire Form, Representative Form(if applicable)] and Apply for visa from a VFS center.

*before applying for visa, please find a checklist of documents and arrange all your documents according to the sequence given in that checklist.
If your documents are genuine, then your visa can be issued within 7-15 business days.

Please find Attached .pdf file.

you can download all forms from [link].
you can download SPP document checklist from [link]
