If so, kindly let me know from where can the following deficiencies be fulfilled?
1. History
2. Systems Review
3. Findings that warrant referral
4. Supervision of support staff

But i beg to differ on one slide...that is the NORMAL 6MW Test Distance....That equation might be for a population outside India.
I am at present conducting a research study to find an equation for the indian population. will take me some more time.
