What is the shadow on the patient's left pulmonary area running down? Is that a dislocated/fractured rib? Increased bronchovascular markings on the right pulmonary region and is that a growth on the patient's right pulmonary region or just increased vascular markings? what does the clinical presentation of the patient suggests?
