If so, kindly let me know from where can the following deficiencies be fulfilled?

2. Systems Review
3. Findings that warrant referral

Cardiomegaly? left atrial and ventricular hypertrophy?

She has some scoliosis evident on the xrays though.

  1. Clavicle? I couldnt identify anything there.
  2. Cardiomegaly? Left side of the heart seem enlarged; right side view is unclear mostly due to vertebral position.
  3. Right atrial/ventricular hypertrophy? due to the relative dimension of the cardiac impression related to pulmonary space.
Well, radiology alone can lead us into many possible diagnosis unless we have some more information on the patient. But then, this is intend to being out the best possible guess from looking at the X ray.
