If so, kindly let me know from where can the following deficiencies be fulfilled?
1. History
2. Systems Review
3. Findings that warrant referral
4. Supervision of support staff

I have decided to send him a letter by registered post and also use the RTI to get info regarding the interview process.
Cos he has not acknowledged my letter i have decided to get to the bottom of this.

have sent him a registered post mail
have sent an RTI application regarding the details of the interview process.
its been 2 weeks now.
lets see what the reply is . will keep everybody posted.
