If so, kindly let me know from where can the following deficiencies be fulfilled?

This is overly dx problem. So best way to see if the dysf is real SI or not is the step test. have the patient step off 6-8 inch stool and re-do this with a tight belt about GT. if there is less pain with belt then you got SI problem. In this case the belt is your best treatment. good luck.

how come the belt around greater trochanter lessen the pain in SI joint?

it should be about inch or two above GT. it locks the SI.
