If so, kindly let me know from where can the following deficiencies be fulfilled?
1. History
2. Systems Review
3. Findings that warrant referral
4. Supervision of support staff
5. Documentation

hi vivek v have disscused on chickengunia u can find from our comments & suggestion form check below link for it.for more info. on vetenary physiotherapy refer cash's textbook physiotherapy for medical & surgical condison.1 chapter is there in that book.also v have link on disc prolapse in ortho form.
